  Stillness Action: Awareness in the Present

This week, after listening to the quieting the mind exercise here, take some time each day (5 minutes or more) to just focus on your breath and noticing any bodily sensations, emotions or sensory awareness. This is part of the practice of developing your brain's ability to tap into the present moment, into the space between thoughts. This is where your quiet intuitive voice lies. The more you can exercise your mind in this way, the more you will be able to access that inner knowing to help guide you!
