Video: Quieting the Mind

One of the most important pieces in this course is the "quieting the mind" exercise in which you focus on your breath, practice letting go of thoughts, and create a vision of your future self. This concept of quieting the mind is possibly the most important tool in this entire course.

In this video (click on the link to watch!) we dive into why this practice is at the core of this course, and how it is a tool for finding fulfillment in our lives. It is how you tap into your intuition, which is the quiet voice that guides us toward what we are meant to be doing in our lives. This voice often gets drowned out by the loud voice of the Inner Critic/Negative Ego. The more we practice exercising our brain and moving it to the place where we are listening to that quiet voice, the more we are aligned with our higher self - and the better we will feel, the more we will know that we are doing what we are meant to be doing.
