Stillness Action: Separating From Limiting Beliefs

After listening to the quieting the mind exercise for this week on limiting beliefs and the Inner Critic, simply take some time this week (twice a week of 20 minutes?) to simply focus on your breath and quiet your mind. Tapping into your inner self and listening to whatever comes up. The more you are able to practice this, the more you will separate from the limiting beliefs/Inner Critic.
