You will be introduced to a transformative, new approach to your reality. This is not your typical online course. It is a hands-on virtual coaching experience limited to a small number of students. This allows me to provide you with tailored, specific individual attention to your unique life situation.
If you're wondering (much like I did at one point)...
Why do I always get stuck in the same types of unfulfilling jobs/unhealthy relationships/money problems? Why can't I stop my mind from racing, worrying and doubting? Why do I feel like I am capable of so much but I just can't seem to get past my own thoughts? Why can't I just be happy?
If these questions sound familiar to you, this journey together with me and a select few other students, will center on finding true alignment, purpose, meaning and fulfillment to support you along the path toward a better way of living. Toward a new way of viewing your life, of responding to situations that challenge you, of finding a career or passion that is truly where you long to be, of making peace in a difficult relationship, of simply just stepping away from the loud, chattering thoughts that are causing you unhappiness and listening to the inner whisper of your inner self to guide you.
By starting to monitor your thoughts and emotions, you will develop awareness of the impact your mind has on your environment.
This 8-week course starts Monday, January 23rd. It is designed to be completed over eight weeks, but you can take as long as you wish (once you sign up, the course is yours to complete at your leisure!). It will provide you with approximately 20-40 hours (depending on how much time you choose to devote!) combined of guidance, instruction, inspiration and reflection (your own work!). Included in this course are: individual and group guidance sessions, a short individualized plan, written exercises and tools, video teachings, interviews and teachings from inspirational figures, guided "quieting the mind" exercises/visualizations and a private community for shared learning and discussion.
This course starts with each of you (in the first section called "Discovery of You") completing a detailed document on your visions, beliefs, values and dreams. I then compile a mini-analysis of you and provide you with a personalized, specific plan for you to get started right away, based on what you tell me and based on our individual (live) video guidance session together!
Then, each week's section contains a series of "lectures": an instructional video from me, an inspirational video with a thought leader, written reflection assignments for you, tools to get to the bottom of any fears, doubts or worries, a stillness exercise recorded by me, a stillness (a.k.a. meditation) assignment for you, actions for you to take for the week, and resources/recommendations that I provide to you.
Two Live 30-Minute Individual Guidance Sessions (Just You and Me). The first will be scheduled in the first two weeks and the last will be scheduled in the last two weeks. These sessions are for you to received tailored guidance from me on what you seek in your life, especially around places you've felt stuck, to create a structure for what you'll be doing moving forward!
Two Live One-Hour Group Guidance Sessions. This will be an opportunity for you to ask questions to me about what barriers, issues, celebrations, revelations or any other "stuck area" you have for me in the journey. While a group call, your cameras and microphones will be off to maintain your privacy, as this is deeply personal work. You will have a wonderful opportunity to share what might be holding you back or what you're currently working on for me to provide you with guidance and advice for your specific situation! Participation in these sessions are optional, although highly recommended.

A spiritual teacher, intuitive counselor and writer, Rachel Horton White supports others in finding purpose, fulfillment and meaning in their lives through Soulful Work Intuitive Consulting. Along with intuitive guidance sessions, Rachel offers workshops, live and online classes, The Courageous Path podcast and meditation classes. With a former career in social services/non-profit management, Rachel has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Wellesley College and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Georgia, and has taught American Government at a community college in Maine. She claims her true education came from studying abroad in Dakar, Senegal and teaching English in Guadalajara, Mexico. Rachel is an amateur dream analyzer, pianist, traveler, outdoor enthusiast, Tarot reader and yogi. Her most important and blessed roles of all came as wife to her soul partner and mother to two energetic, bright-eyed, young children right outside Portland, Maine. Rachel works toward a vision of a world with people aligned with who they really are, listening to their own inner wisdom and sharing love with each other, with animals and with the planet for our collective healing and evolved consciousness.
